New to the tech community and even newer to Hacker News. While my background is in Computer Science and Psychology from University of Pennsylvania I have a future in understanding how the tech community will shape the future of organizations (work environment, type of employment, the driving processes behind an organization's growth). I currently work with the Product Development team at AlphaSights trying to grow an incredible, every curious, ever fun team of developers that reflects not just what AlphaSights looks for but also the external tech community - what web developers and designers envision and desire in terms of work environment, job format, team culture and the likes that leads to personal growth and development and community impact.
