I'm wondering if anyone is aware of any simple, one page web applications that allow for keep track of projects.

We have a series of scripts that we'd like to keep track of centrally and have a place to make notes about them.

For this use case, we're really trying to avoid a full blown project manager - just something simple and minimalist. Open Source / easily configurable would be a huge plus of course but I'd be more than willing to pay for a commercial Saas product if it fit the use case. We'd like to avoid the prevalent "board" type layout / have no need for assigning tasks/complex user management.

It would be nice to have something like that but with an ability to create custom fields / sub-notes. The code integration / project grouping is less necessary.

Does anyone know of anything like this?
