Ask HN: I (founder + CTO) want to leave my start up

I don't see any reason to work together with my two co-founders anymore. Both of them are sales guys and apart from bringing the first project, the didn't contribute with any sale for almost 2 years (since the existence of the startup).

Their contributions amount up to now to the first project with which we started the company. The money ran out after 12 months, since then I live on savings and now debt.

My contributions are: I am the only tech person and I did all the coding for more than years. Also, the software is anything but trivial so it will be hard to substitute me or my work. Finally, we got another client, however, that one was brought by myself.

I got oral confirmation that I'd be able to take my project and the software out of the company.
