We lose most weight while sleeping; that you can lose weight by exercising is propaganda. In fact, there are so much misinformation about nutrition that I would say misinformation is the first cause of weight gain. No one tells a giraffe what to eat and they know what is good for them; human diet is regulated by unhuman organisms who perceive human body as their market and they increase their market share by programming us with misinformation. We drink milk in adulthood even though milk is perceived as poison by our gut.
