Here's a Hacker News Feed with the main link being the comments

I submitted a suggestion to Hacker News a few days ago, saying that it made more sense to me to have the main link of the RSS feed be to the comments page rather than to the news item. You can see it at http://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=618412

People seemed 50/50 on the idea - with several good suggestions that it would make a good additional feed, but the current feed shouldn't be changed.

Davertron suggested Yahoo Pipes as a way of creating a new feed from the existing one, so I took his example and enhanced it to produce one: http://pipes.yahoo.com/andrewducker/hackernews

It also gave me a chance to play with Yahoo Pipes, which turned out to be pretty flexible and easy to use.
