Dear Skype, please fix the following issues (chat messages out of order)

My messages I am receiving often have the wrong time stamp, which then puts the message way up the chat history and i cannot see the message. Or sometimes I just do not receive the message at all.

This is not a major bug, it is a critical bug! The chat feature is useless. This bug is reproduced on all mac and windows devices.
