Series AA terms in the UK
I recently read pg's essay on how to be an Angel investor (http://paulgraham.com/angelinvesting.html), where he links to documents that can be used as a starting point for terms (http://ycombinator.com/seriesaa.html). I am in the UK, so I wonder if anyone can tell me how good these are for use in the UK (likely not very much?), and if there is a similar resource for UK-based start-ups.
