I wanted a Markdown editor that opened instantly in a browser tab, autosaved locally, and didn’t require a desktop app or account. (Always there, always instantly accessible.)

Since none really fit that workflow, I built Quartext: a single-file Markdown editor (pure HTML, CSS, JS).

Goal: Quartext is a life organizer that's always there. Keep track of ideas, plans or even cool websites you find!
