Every time I uploaded a YouTube video, I spent way too long trying to design a thumbnail that looked good. I'm not a designer, and I didn’t want to open Photoshop every time.

So I built Pictley, a simple AI tool that turns text prompts, rough sketches or reference images into thumbnails using AI.

I just wanted something where I could sketch an idea or type a few words and get a decent thumbnail back in seconds. That’s what this does.
