EMBR (Extracted Medical Bulk Reduction) is an open-source tool designed to compress highly structured medical data, aiming to reduce token usage, enable larger context windows, and lower costs.

On a more technical level, I’ve implemented a deterministic compression of FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) to address attention overflow. Will be serving up a dash of explainability soon.
