I just experimented with Chrome extensions by developing a tool for content summarization (article/webpage and more to come). It reads the content of the open page and creates a summarized/resumed version with highlights for important points and if needed, in a specific language you can define on Extensions settings.

In the future, choosing the language you want to translate to just in the popup will be possible.
