I'm excited to share a tool I built that has been a game-changer for my productivity: Todoist Emailer.
What It Does: Scheduled Emails: Receive an email with a list of tasks whenever you run the script. Customizable Themes: Choose between dark mode and light mode for your email templates to fit your preferences. Task Grouping: Automatically group tasks by project or list them all together, depending on how you like to organize your day. Email Configuration: Set up custom subjects, preview text, and other email settings to tailor the experience to your liking.
Why I Built It: I needed a way to keep my daily tasks front and center without constantly checking Todoist throughout the day. This script sends me a morning email to kickstart my day and an evening email to help me plan for tomorrow and/or the week(s) ahead. It’s lightweight, easy to set up, and customizable to fit different workflows.
