I’m excited to share AirCMP, a Chrome extension I’ve been working on to make searching for Airbnb listings smoother. The idea came from my own frustration with comparing listings manually, so I set out to create something that could help.

How I Built It:

• Frontend: I used Vite for a fast and efficient development experience and Remix to handle the routing and UI logic. • Backend: The backend is hosted on Cloudflare Pages with Cloudflare Workers handling serverless functions. Cloudflare Workers were a great choice for me because they allow for quick, scalable functions close to the user, and they work seamlessly with Pages.

Review Insights with GPT-4o-mini: One of the key features of AirCMP is the Review Insights. To make the review data more accessible, I integrated GPT-4o-mini to automatically extract the most relevant benefits and drawbacks from guest reviews. This means that instead of sifting through countless reviews, you can see the key takeaways right on the listing page.
