I've had a pretty successful career until recently. I've worked at successful startups, and larger companies at a high capacity. Over my 10YOE no career gaps. This time around I'm having an extremely difficult job landing a job. Like when I apply I have a very high success rate of passing the recruiter screen, but always bomb the coding round. I'm at a loss for what to do anymore. Yes, I know "git gud" at LC, and just grind it. But, I've tried that for years, and it has never stuck. This time I only targeted companies that didn't have a DSA round, and still rejected for something super nitpicky. My interviewer literally laughed at me yesterday for needing to look up the docs. So like I feel like I need to try, but no idea where to start. This has made me so depressed. How do I get out of this situation?
