Ardor designs personal fitness routines built around individuals. Factors equipment, schedule, energy level on a given day, and mix of interests/goals.
What makes Ardor special is how it not only predicts what weight and reps you are capable of doing for every exercise, it also makes some wild predictions about your overall fitness. How fast you are? What's your endurance like? It can build workout challenges in the form of a circuit/HIIT and can say things like "based on how you did in your last workout, I think you can do 4 rounds of the following before the timer runs out".
Think FitBod/calibre/fitnessAI if you have heard of any of those, but not just for strength/weightlifting progression. Speed and Endurance auto progression too. And we believe this to be a first.
Takes a crazy amount of calculations to be able to take 500+ exercises, combine them in millions of different ways, and make a prediction about what you are personally capable of. Uses some ML to predict and design evolving routines. Ardor updates what it thinks about you after each workout.
Our goal was to be able to create a way where you could compete against yourself and actually feel progression over time because you got workout goals that pushed you but stayed within your limit/ability.
One other thing that was important to us was to be able to let users have more options than choosing a "weightlifting program", or a "bodyweight strength program". Instead Ardor is capable of letting you say things like: "I want to do some strength training and throw in the odd high intensity/cardio workout too." Or "I want to do mostly bodyweight strength stuff but I have a kettlebell, so can you mix a program around both of those things together"
Based on data from our initial invites, we are now ready for more users. It's been a [somewhat painful] journey improving Ardor's accuracy but we are finally seeing accuracy fall within 5% for users after just their 2nd workout. Regardless if they have just started fitness recently or if they are a high end athlete. We have launched on iOS with eyes on Android port next. Right now it's 3 months 100% free so people can really kick its tires. If you are interested on pricing model, it's $4.99 / month there after
