Now that the Online Safety Bill is Law, when is Matrix.org moving out of the UK?

The online safety bill became a law yesterday, and nothing changed, it still kills E2EE(1) They didn't backdown, and they did that marketing stunt on purpose.

Now, when are security / privacy projects like Matrix.org moving out? Because nothing can be trusted from the UK anymore, at least in regards to encryption.
