I'm excited to share something we've been working on at KindBuds.ai: Spence, an AI-driven HR bot designed to give job applications a significant edge.

The problem: In the current job market, around 75% of job applications might not even be seen by human eyes. Recruiters use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) that often filter out resumes based on keywords and formatting, among other factors.

Our solution: Spence uses generative models to precision-tailor optimized resumes and cover letters. Instead of generic applications, it crafts each document to align perfectly with specific job descriptions, ensuring that applicants not only pass through ATS filters but truly stand out to human recruiters as well.
