The cryptocurrency bit is pretty much self explanatory. It's a litecoin fork, took about 2 weeks of research and sysadmin work to build. I bought a book, watched tutorials, read guides, asked for help from friends -- everything is incomplete. I had to piece together knowledge from each source.
The alternate dns root I think is pretty cool that may impress more. Basically, the site is a domain registrar for the alternate dns root at which users can buy domain names like Google.o or Facebook.zeal if they want, and be able to set it up and then access it via the znet chrome extension. Kind of a new Internet
The goal was to popularise this is marginalised communities that had talent; businesses in those communities would register and be a part of znet, a new special community only accessible by the chrome extension, and making a business directory for like people and they will have optionally adopted the cryptocurrency.
We were on altmarkets.io for a while then got delisted due to activity. The project was unsuccessful. But still here to show
