Was just perusing Twilio's Acceptable Use Policy and noticed, under the paragraph "No Inappropriate Content or Users" that Twilio prohibits the use of their service by a "hate group" but without defining what a hate group is or who determines whether a group is a hate group.This all sounds like pretext for cancelling a user without a refund for a reason they won't explain if you ask them (and it's not the only portion of their AUP which makes no sense).
