Ask HN: How do you figure out which illnesses / bugs are going around

I used to check @NH_RC on Twitter for their reports, to kind of get a bird's-eye view of what's going around [1]. Like Rhinovirus, etc.

But they don't seem to do that in such an accessible manner anymore, so I thought I'd ask.

Is there anything like a locally-scoped illness-weather report?
