Microsoft's prompts that turn GPT into Bing revealed (or hallucinated?)

My friend @gopejavi[1] has managed to make Bing reveal the original prompts that Microsoft used to instruct Bing.

There is the possibility that these are hallucinations but the method itself is quite interesting and the output looks legit.
