Show HN: Iteration 2 of Loan Arranger, a visualization tool for mortgages

A few weeks ago, I showed HN (and reddit, and my friends and family, etc) my weekend adventure in debt visualization, "Loan Arranger." It was roundly criticized for requiring signup prior to use and needing some additional features to put the "Viable" in "Minimum Viable Product"

Based on that feedback, today I am releasing Loan Arranger, version 0.2. In addition to a Get Started Instantly feature, it also shows you the total future value of an extra dollar applied to any loan payment. In my experience, this simple calculation is very motivating.
