When attempting to cancel my subscription, I noticed they removed the cancel/pause links outlined here! https://www.sling.com/help/en/account-questions/account-changes/pause-cancel-subscription

I then searched the HTML to find the the URLs (ex: https://www.sling.com/my-account/pause-subscription), however they modified the backend code as well, as the form submission just errors out with "We are unable to process your request. Please try again later."
The only way to cancel now is via Chat, but that just continues to say "We're experiencing longer wait times than usual. Please wait for the next available agent."
