Tell HN: It's now possible to follow organizations on GitHub

After many years of asking, we finally have an official way to follow an organization on GitHub.

Going to the organization page, there's a popup saying:

"You can now follow organizations"

"Organization activity like new discussions, sponsorships, and repositories will appear in your dashboard feed."

Indeed, there's a new Follow button in the top right corner of the org home page, right there where the preexisting Sponsorship button resides.
