Ask HN: Anyone aware of details about a Hubspot customer data leak incident?

A few different crypto organizations are notifying users that their customer data leaked from a Hubspot marketing product.

Hubspot has not announced a hack or that there has been a data leak. There's no news about this that I can see yet.

I'm curious why multiple crypto organizations (BlockFi, Pantera, others) are naming Hubspot as the responsible party.
