How do you as a Kubernetes platform admin delegate control to development teams?

Otomi (open source) offers an admin to delegate the following self-service features:

- Configure resource quota - Configure egress - Configure ingress network policies - Configure egress filtering - Download the KUBECFG - Change OIDC settings - Configure alert receivers

The self-service features are all offered through a web UI.

Delegation of control is part of the multi-tenancy option in Otomi. Create teams and provide secure access to their team space and shared tools like Harbor and Vault, container logs, Grafana dashboards, and Otomi self-service features.

Teams can use the web UI to deploy workloads, configure ingress, configure network policies, create secrets and create jobs/cronjobs (even without the need to have direct API/kubectl access).
