We're an agile shop. We've finalized what our initial architecture will look like and now we need to document the decisions leading up to the architecture and discuss RTO, RPO, etc.

Something like IEEE 1471-2000:

or an EA framework like TOGAF:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TOGAF

would be tough slogging.

I'm interested in hearing from others what they use. Sharing of templates even better!
