When you switch the button either way, it says the campaign is published... When you switch it to the right, the button color is blue, even though it aligns with "off". This is probably taking a lot of money away from confused people and businesses on FaceBook. It's probably also illegal, but they can easily change it to hide the deception because it's all in code on their owned site.

Please spread awareness and save people who can't afford to lose money on this.
