When interviewing candidates we are always coming up with little problems for them to solve - but then we realized, it could be just as fun to come up with problems to test our existing developers (and ourselves).
Basically, we will submit a challenge each week and anyone can submit a possible solution in any language they desire. Comments are encouraged on submissions but there are no winners - just show off what you can do to solve the problem.
