A well-known URL for privacy

There should be .well-known URLs[1] for privacy. Some possible examples:

* https://www.example.com/.well-known/privacy-settings

* https://www.example.com/.well-known/privacy-policy

* https://www.example.com/.well-known/terms-of-service

The first one would redirect to a page with privacy settings (so that after you set them the first time you visit a site, you can change them)

The second and third would simply redirect to these common pages.

Thoughts?
