I know, from the Hacker News etiquette page, that tutorials are considered not new information, and are, in a sense, selected against. (This isn't a pejorative comment, I'm paraphrasing the Hacker News position here).

I would like to know of a site that basically just posts freshly printed tutorials, where people discuss those tutorials.

I know I could cobble together various subreddits to approximate this, and at the moment, that's what I'm doing. It... does not work well. Lots of non-tutorial content, and not much of an emphasis on tutorials themselves, which is what I'm seeking.

The closest thing I know of might be dev.to, but again, tons of noise.

If anyone has any recommendations for a site like this, I'd appreciate it, and I'd definitely use it.
