Searching for Russian Activist on iOS Safari Shows Smear Account

Not sure the correct title here, but found it interesting that when searching on iOS Safari "Bill Browder Twitter", the suggested result that appears is of a Russian smear account with less than 1% of the followers as the real account.

For those of you who don't know who Bill Browder is, he is the author of Red Notice (fabulous book) and activist behind the Magnitsky Act. Also a famous enemy of Putin, corruption in Russia, and other Russian Oligarchs.

Note that this account has 390 followers, and the real Bill Browder account has 225,000 followers. I'm located in California for what it's worth.

Anyone able to see how this disinformation is happening?
