Chinese app files on my Pixel phone?

I don't have any Chinese apps installed on my unrooted Pixel phone (were installed at some point long time ago but since then deleted). I just connected it to my laptop through Android File Transfer and found 107MB worth of files from the following apps:

  - alibaba
  - alipay
  - baidu
  - bytedance
  - taobao
  - mobike
  - tencent

Files are world readable on file system so I can write an app that would read these and presumably get my history from those other apps.

Why is Android not cleaning up these files from apps I've uninstalled long time ago? And why are Chinese apps writing files into shared space?
