I read recently this old article from Basecamp https://m.signalvnoise.com/how-we-structure-our-work-and-teams-at-basecamp/ and I found some interesting simple concepts which I think are really helpful for building products.Now I am more curious to find out more about how other companies are structuring their work and their teams.
I think a lot of lessons can be learned from how other people are working.
