I solicit your opinion on what has Trump done to enact this framework so far, especially on the nuclear family part. Please also voice the positive and negative repercussions you think it might entail. Also, since there are huge chances that Trump might return (Incumbents are mostly re-elected if history is anything to go by), what might he do in his second term.

Also, in general, where do you think legal immigration is headed to in USA? (H1B, L1, work based visa et al.)
