so i try to contact them i chat to their customer service via chat online and they said they need my personal document.I tried to avoid giving them this but after several talks they still need this document to verify my payment.
after i gave them document, my account status changed to suspended which i do not know why they give these change.
i tried to email them again, resubmit my document even call them. Their agent tried to help me but after 1-2 hours long talks even after long talk they just said i cannot use google play payment service permanently but i could use other service fine.
how could big company like google avoid give me a reason why my account get suspend, they wont refund my money in my account which is around $50 (this is not cheap in my country).
anyone could help about this issues or is it really true i need to try get their attention by submitting my complaint to social media/ online support like BBB? i just want to share my bad experience with them and i still cannot think why their customer service is this bad.
