I'm on a project now where content needs to be monetized so WordPress was selected as they have a few paid membership plugins[1][2] that can provide recurring payments, product subscriptions, free trials and much more with admin interfaces. Some scale issues with WordPress were encountered though (10 years of data equating to over 1M posts / 1TB of HTML, 60K authors) so I'm wondering if there are any other CMS platforms that provide the same kind of paid membership functionality but also scale to this level.[1] https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/
