The solution was to build a system to track all the lifecycle of a document; from the creation to the archiving. In order to create a new document, the user just needed to fill a form with the variables. Then export the final version in PDF or send the link by email.
The users wouldn’t need to send an "open Word file" via email anymore and the leaders would be able to review and approve the right version on the platform. This project became one of the main tools for this company. And I always wanted to build it as a SaaS.
I figured out that this is the right time for me to build it as a side project. The good thing is that I know the short way to build this, since I already did before.
