I think mine is probably in vim, where I'm trying to do a :w to save but it comes out as ':W' with the capital because I hit the 'w' while still holding shift for the colon. I probably do that typo at least a few times a day.
But what I find interesting is that I never make the mistake of typing in 'sl' instead of 'ls' in bash - but apparently a lot of other people do (enough to warrant the well known bash steam locomotive https://github.com/mtoyoda/sl)
