Then, out of the blue earlier this summer, we got an email informing us that Keen was changing their pricing model, in 30 days, and our new price would be 5 times higher (approx. $1500/month) effective on our next bill.
So... We reached out to see what the deal was and if they were willing to negotiate?... Negative! They've decided it would be a better business practice to stab their longtime existing customers in the back! :-/
That's all I've got... Be weary of ScaleWorks and/or Keen.io people!
