I've used:

1. Firebase Email Authentication - For Doctors.

2. Firebase sms Verification - For Patients.

3. Content Providers / Resolver - For Storing Patient Data in SQLITE.

4. Firebase Realtime Database - For Syncing all Offline Data to Firebase DB.

5. Firebase Realtime Databse - For Managing all Appointments of Doctors and Patients.

6. Firebase Cloud Functions - For Making a Notification when Doctor will get new Appointment.

7. Intent Service - If doctor will lose their Local data. He/She can easily Restore All data from the Cloud.

8. Firebase Storage - For Storing Patient Pictures and Doctor Pictures.

9. Material Search Bar - For Searching Offline Data for Doctors and Online Doctors for Patients

FOR DOCTORS = Basically this is the Doctor App in which doctors can manage their Patient Records with Profile Picture. And the app will automatically sync local( in mobile ) Data to Our servers (Auto Backup ). And also can Manage their Appointments and doctor will be get Notification when they get new Appointment.

FOR PATIENTS = Patients can see Email Verified Doctors and can get Appointment at one click. and also can Manage their all Appointments.

And I include Phone Sms Verification for Patients and Email Verification for Doctors.
