How does one go about “exiting/selling” their Windows Store app?

I have an app that gets about 6.5k downloads/mo and produces about $700/mo dollars in ad & add-on revenue. Maintenance is about $37/mo in Azure.

I think it has a lot more potential in monthly revenue but I am looking at buying a house and would be interested in a lump-sum sale.

Should I just start courting software companies directly or is there a market out there that I am not aware of.
