This trend to use cash at the gas station is growing bc most gas stations have two prices (eg $3.94/gal if you pay with cash and 10-15 cents more if you pay with a credit card). Even if you use an ATM card, it doesn’t count as cash. I guess they gas stations are tired of paying that 3% fee to the credit cards."
