Recently, I've bumped into a lot of posts on FB and Twitter from PH makers who directly ask to upvote for their products with a link. Their voting count on PH was pretty decent varying from 150-600 upvotes and didn't look like they were down in the ratings, but instead, in featured and some even made it to the products of the day.

Why PH moderators and algorithm doesn't track this suspicious activities?

Or is it became "ok" to ask for an upvote directly?
