I followed Coinbase's support guide for this scenario which says I need to upload some copies of my Drivers ID and photo of myself. It kept failing saying the name on the ID doesn't match the account. But I noticed that it gave me the name on the account which reads in order First then Last Name. And it also shows me the name it picked up on the DL image, which reads in order of Last, First. I figured their ID recognition software doesn't know how to know when a driver's license format Last name, then First name. So I submitted a support ticket and waited a couple of days, but no response.
So I submitted another and called the support team. They said my case was escalated to a specialist and they would respond. I got a response from a support person referring me to the same guide of uploading ID info. Obviously the person didn't read the support ticket. I responded immediately but haven't heard anything.
Since then I responded every day asking for an update, but no response. I called the support team and every time they tell me they are general support and cannot do anything for me. I'm going over a month now with no resolution to getting into my account and I'm starting to get really upset. I can understand if they are very overloaded with support but they fact I'm not getting any response is not OK. I have 4 support tickets open with them.
Can anyone help get Coinbase's attention?!
