Best course for applied deep learning in 2017?

I'm currently looking for some good resources to get into neural networks (or as most people call it nowadays "deep learning"). Preferably some course with lectures, assignments and stuff available on the web. Although the theory part is important, I'm more interested in applying these things.

I have a solid programming background and know some machine learning stuff. I don't need someone to tell me the difference between supervised and unsupervised methods..

Does anyone have experience with the new course by Andrew Ng [1] or the Fast AI [2] course?
