Show HN: Colapixel – A video/photo gallery with annotations

My sister asked me if I can set up a site similar to jack.ventures for her a month ago. She said it was open source (https://github.com/Jack000/Expose) and should be easy and I just need to run a script (rolls eyes). I did that and two weeks later her friends saw it and want me to run the same script for them.

So I decided to take some weekends to build something similar using nodejs/redis/mysql, put up a user registration page, user profile page and add some editing features. So now everyone can sign up without me having to run any 'script'.

Just push the first draft live. Things might be buggy but the website is functional. https://colapixel.com
