Microsoft Live and Skype outage

Accounts with Microsoft's Live.com is currently having problems which is also effecting customers who use a live account to log into Skype.

Edit: started having problems around 8:30 AM ET. About 20 minutes before this was posted.

Edit 2: looks like it's back online. This page was more helpful in finding out Skype was back than their official heartbeat site http://downdetector.com/status/skype
