The closest resource I've found [1] has the kind of UX I'm looking for, but it's geared toward properties rather than any Lat/Long location. There's other resources out there [2] but most are pretty basic. Tree canopy cover specifically seems challenging to estimate and there's some research [3] on estimating that, but it doesn't look like it's been applied yet.
A friend who is considering a solar installation in a remote location asked me, and I was surprised given the growth of solar that this kind of data set isn't available or hasn't been created. It sounds like something that could be a valuable resource.
