It's not a short story but we'll try to sum it up.
After building some products that did not succeed the way we hoped, read some books and tried to find some fundamental truths, we believe we finally figured out how to start this.
What if we apply the lean methodology (and some established economic concepts of goods/value/skill) to finding problems and solutions that our own governments would have the power to solve?
We base our idea on some basic assumptions:
1. We choose those who govern us. 2. The chosen ones have made some promises during their campaigns. 3. After they get elected they try to solve some of the problems they promised. 4. They sometimes fail. 5. If they succeed, not everybody's happy.
Our first level assumptions current end here.
Second level assumptions:
1. We vote hoping that we like some of the solutions to some of the problems. 2. Not all solutions to problems affect us directly. 3. Not all problems that other voters have affect us directly. 4. Sometimes we vote so the other guy does not win. 5. The elected do not know all the time what niche problems some of the population is facing. 6. Most voters do not know what problems people living in other parts of the country have.
